*Roll for Christchurch* will be held on Saturday, 9th April at Queen Elizabeth College, Palmerston North. All profits will go to The Red Cross Christchurch Earthquake Appeal.

*Roll for Christchurch* will include BJJ (Gi) head ref Vanderson Pires, Combat Room and FILA (No-Gi) head ref Ian Graham, Massey MMA.

Divisions (2kg over same day weigh-in allowance):
Junior Womens: (14yo & under) U45kg, U50kg, U55kg, U65kg, Absolute Junior Mens: (17yo & under) U55kg, U60kg, U65Kg, U75kg, Absolute Senior Womens: U55kg, U60kg, U65Kg, U75kg, Absolute Novice (BJJ/Judo/Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt, Grappler less than 2 years) or Advanced Senior Mens: U60kg, U65kg, U70kg, U75kg, U80kg, U90kg, U110kg, Absolute

The competition will be run by in "repêchage with consolation" format i.e. competitors not eliminated progress to finals and remainder get consolation round or to fight for bronze. A special run of medals and certificates will be awarded for this event.

*REFEREES & OFFICIALS: *We are seeking referees & officials for this event. Referees and officials will be accommodated on the Friday night at the Kingsgate Hotel in order to attend a workshop at the venue on Friday 7-8:30pm and Saturday morning 8-9am. Officials would be greatly appreciated in order to complete weigh-ins, prepare next competitors, operate score board and timer. This will be a 2 or 3 mat event, so plenty of help would be appreciated and you will be trained at the workshops.

Local Weigh-In: 7:30-8am
Women & Junior Weigh-In 8-8:30am
Senior Mens Weigh-In: 8:30-8:50am
(we are flexible on weigh-in times, so long as locals, Juniors & Women are weighed in by 8:30am)

Location: Queen Elizabeth College Hall, 386-392 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North

Fees: $40 for first division, $20 for every other division (e.g. if a competitor entered Senior Mens U70kg BJJ, Absolute BJJ & U70kg No-Gi their fees would be $80)
