Judo in Palmerston North
The Palmerston North Judo Club is for people of all ages. Judo will help develop confidence right from the moment you are taught how to fall without injury. From there you can improve through the grades, and even enter local and national competitions.
Palmerston North Judo Club is currently located at Parkland School ( Click here to see map for further details). We train every Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6.30pm to 7.30pm for the juniors and 7.30pm to 8.30pm for the seniors. Feel free to come down and train with us whether you are new, looking to get back into Judo, or are from out of town.

Tuesday saw 17 seniors on the mat with 4 Black Belts. Promising signs early for senior training and a good opportunity to get great coaching and matches with a variety of players.
Juniors had there first training session back and kicked off the new year with some fun training and activities.
Dont forget training camping entry closes 4th of Feb so to avoid late entry fee, get your submission in. Its going to be one of largest with over 70 players attending. Minimum age is 14 so no reason why you cant attend otherwise ;)
