The Palmerston North Judo Club is for people of all ages. Judo will help develop confidence right from the moment you are taught how to fall without injury. From there you can improve through the grades, and even enter local and national competitions.

Palmerston North Judo Club is currently located at Parkland School (Click here to see map for further details).

We train every Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6.30pm to 7.30pm for the juniors and 7.30pm to 8.30pm for the seniors.
Feel free to come down and train with us whether you are new, looking to get back into Judo, or are from out of town.
