Judo in Palmerston North
The Palmerston North Judo Club is for people of all ages. Judo will help develop confidence right from the moment you are taught how to fall without injury. From there you can improve through the grades, and even enter local and national competitions.
Palmerston North Judo Club is currently located at Seventh-day Adventist Gymnasium, 257 Ferguson St, ( Click here to see map for further details). We train every Tuesday and Thursday nights, 6.30pm to 7.30pm for the juniors and 7.30pm to 8.30pm for the seniors. Feel free to come down and train with us whether you are new, looking to get back into Judo, or are from out of town. Your first 2 weeks of training is free!

Today is the last day to get your (or your childs) registration in for next weekends tournament in Palmerston North. Please talk with your coach or registrar as Internet Registrations close midnight tonight. We are also looking for volunteers to assist with the event, so if you are able to help on either the Saturday with seniors or Sunday with juniors then contact either John or Phillip, or email us at admin@palmyjudo.org.nz
